You can add your squeeze page to either a post or a page in wordpress. I like to use a page myself as then you can create a custom page template to eliminate any distractions like sidebars and other things your Wordpress Theme may have. Custom page templates are discussed here.

Adding a Squeeze page to your wordpress site is as easy as copying the code for your optin box into the HTML editor in wordpress. But there are a few tweaks you can use to lay things out properly.

Again using a table we can align our image and opt in code in a way that is appealing for our users. So really we can just paste our code from the HTML walkthrough into our Wordpress HTML editor. With one exception…WordpressMU. If you are using WordpressMU you will have to install a plugin called "unfiltered-mu" to allow you to use javascript in your post, otherwise MU strips out all of your java and embed codes causing all kinds of havoc.

Step 1. Your h1 Headline or "Call to Action"

As in out HTML Squeeze page we want a headline or call to action above our form.  With wordpress that is easy.  All we do is write our text in the Wordpress editor then highlight the text and choose the header size from the pulldown menu.

Which will give you this handy dandy h1 text.

Then we want to add our Image and optin code in a table so it will be laid out in a nice way for our users.  So we will switch to the HTML editor rather than the Visual editor and copy in this code.
